Since early 2025, a group of local creatives has come together to create a one-off visual community newspaper experiment to share bite-sized information about LocalMotion Lincoln and all the different projects that fall under its umbrella. From Lincoln Against Poverty to Climate Hope.
As a member of Raising Lincoln’s Young Voices steering group, I led the creation of a double-page spread about the project, from how it started and where it's going. While also highlighting key issues young people face in Lincoln, and how young people can get involved.
This project has truly been a wonderful experience, and it's been so inspiring to see just how creative and talented everyone in Lincoln is!
If you find this newspaper in your letterbox or in a community hub, please don’t ignore it or recycle it immediately. Instead, browse its vibrant pages and discover the positive movements happening in the city.
